Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail. Formerly known as Town Lake, it was renamed for Lady Bird Johnson, wife of former U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson. She spearheaded efforts in the late 1960's to beautify the shores along Town Lake.
