A Skyway Beechcraft 1900C sits on Wittman Regional Airport's ramp while on a ROD/Rest-Over-Day lay over slatted to last until early in the evening. Also based at Milwaukee and operating regional services on behalf of Midwest Express, Skyway recently closed.
